A British-style bakery, we are guided by our Founder and Executive Chef Bella Merrifield’s childhood in the Dordogne and the traditions of classic British baking. Our bakes and handcrafted chocolates are made using high-quality ingredients sourced from farms in Devon and UK honey suppliers.

We use seasonal organic fresh fruit, organic cacao, organic dried fruits, organic nuts, and a high-quality vegan butter.

We are proudly free from refined sugar.

Our hand-selected suppliers across Devon are people we know and trust — we’ve built meaningful relationships with each of them to ensure the highest standards.

Our plant-based chocolate is at the heart of what we do: botanical, seasonal, and ethically sourced.

Each year, we infuse with the rhythm of the seasons.

Spring brings buoyant strawberries, which we dry and scatter over blocks of our creamy, dairy-free, refined sugar-free milk chocolate.
Then comes summer, with juicy dark mulberries folded into mouthwatering flapjacks with a hint of crunch.
In autumn, we soak dates for our comforting cookie selection.
And in winter, we dip oranges into our signature dark chocolate.
