At No Sugar Shop, we believe that everything we eat should serve our bodies. As avid foodies, we aim to create indulgent, rewarding moments for everyone navigating the challenge of finding zero-sugar treats.
We proudly support British honey suppliers and Devonshire farms by sourcing the highest-quality ingredients.

No Refined Sugar or Sweeteners – Just Natural Sweetness
We never use refined sugar or sweeteners in any of our recipes.
You’ll never see these on our labels:
- acesulfame K (E950)
- aspartame (E951)
- erythritol (E968)
- saccharin (E954)
- sorbitol (E420)
- steviol glycosides (E960)
- sucralose (E955)
- xylitol (E967)
Instead, we sweeten our treats using natural sweeteners with a low glycemic index, often derived from coconuts, dates or honey — ideal for anyone looking to reduce sugar intake without sacrificing flavour.
- Coconut sugar is packed with magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, B vitamins, and amino acids.
- Date sugar is made from 100% dried, ground dates and is rich in fibre, antioxidants, and essential minerals. It contains no added flavours or preservatives.
Perfect for those exploring a low-sugar lifestyle, managing type 2 diabetes, or following a whole food-based diet.

Raw Organic Honey from UK Suppliers
We only use raw organic honey from trusted UK beekeepers. Unlike regular floral honey, our honey offers a uniquely rich combination of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.
OATS
We use premium-quality, gluten-free British oats in all our recipes.
Whilst our oats (and flours) are 100% gluten free, our bakery currently on occasion handles gluten in the same environment. We do our best to keep ingredients separate, but it may be airborn.
As we grow, we hope to resolve this issue.
CACAO BUTTER
All our cacao butter is organic and fully traceable to ethical sources.
FRUITS & NUTS
Many of our products are naturally sweetened with fruit.
We use dried mulberries in place of raisins or sultanas. Mulberries may be particularly beneficial for individuals with type 2 diabetes, thanks to their ability to help regulate blood sugar levels.
All the nuts we use are certified organic.

Why Natural Sweeteners Are Better Than Refined Sugar
While some vitamins and antioxidants may reduce during baking — especially in raw honey or date sugar — these natural sweeteners remain a far healthier option than refined sugar. They retain a level of nutritional value and don’t cause the same dramatic blood sugar spikes as processed sweeteners.
Choosing refined sugar alternatives like coconut sugar or date sugar can support better energy levels, digestion, and long-term health.
